School Director Neil Doctorow has worked in universities all over North America including York University, University of Toronto’s Faculty of Education, Nova Southeastern University and for the Ontario Ministry of Education. Neil’s strong history of both athletics and education drove him to help develop PEAC School For Elite Athletes.

Nico attended EduKick’s Year Long Spain Academy where he trained with the mental coach for the World Cup winning Spanish national team. His hard work and devotion secured him a place at the RSL Academy.

Nico also attended a trial with our affiliate 3rd division pro team A.D.Colmenar in August, 2011 before returning to sign for RSL.

Coach Bailey chats with the players to help them become more organized within the game. Each week EduKick England players prepare for the following game and work on the tactical side of their game together. It is important that they learn how to work as a team both in the game and in their training.

Players get a pep talk as well as a talk on how they can improve their game. The students are coached weekly to build their stamina and endurance to maintain a high level of aerobic fitness. During these sessions the students develop fitness and strength to allow them to compete and increase their physical presence on the field.

EduKick England Director, Peter Hayes talks about the academic options within the program. All English language students receive an individual Needs Analysis interview to assist the English language trainers to identify the individual needs and wants of each student. This interview also allows the trainer to assess the student’s specific strengths and weaknesses when speaking and listening.
