Roberto Navajas Spends Time With EduKick Boys

Roberto NavajasFormer professional Spanish footballer and current Real Sociedad Assistant (Goalkeeper) Coach, Roberto Navajas recently visited the EduKick Manchester Football Academy.

Navajas is a friend of EIFA Founder and President, Joey Bilotta. The two met when Bilotta was on professional trial with Jerez de la Frontera in the second division (la Segunda A), in 1987.

Navajas works now as a professional football coach, currently under contract with La Liga’s REAL SOCIEDAD.

The students had a great time with Navajas after his chat. They took photos him, he signed his autograph again and again and everyone enjoyed the visit.

Bilotta commented, “We all really appreciated the effort Roberto made to visit our players on the day of the match against Manchester United. He’s a generous professional who appreciates the value of sharing with young aspiring professionals, he’s a great friend of mine and of EduKick Manchester Football Academy.”

Navajas, whose club – Real Sociedad – currently sits in 7th place in LA LIGA, is presently focused on helping his squad move up the Spanish table and survive in Champions League play. Good luck to Roberto and Real Sociedad this season! And thank you so much for coming by.
