Outlook: Somma was a bright spot for the Quakes in the Reserve Division at the end of the year and also played well in his stints with the first team. Able to play forward and attacking midfielder, the Johannesburg native should provide a strong option for the Quakes in 2009. He scored two goals in five matches in the reserves and then had a successful stint in London with the Generation adidas team in the offseason to prepare him for a strong 2009 campaign.
